COAAA (Central Ohio Area Agency on Aging) Passport
- Spring Home Health Care provides services to individuals enrolled through COAAA
Passport plans that funds and delivers services that help older adults and individuals with disabilities to remain safe and independent in their homes.
Physical Therapy
- Help injured or ill people improve their movement and manage their pain. These therapists are often an important part of the rehabilitation, treatment, and prevention of patients with chronic conditions, illnesses, or injuries.
